I moved to the Gunnison Valley in the fall of 1996, a recent graduate of George Mason University in Virginia.  After a few years of seasonal work and off-season travel, I began working as a full-time carpenter.  Building and remodeling custom homes for 15 years with some of the valley’s best builders has taught me the ins and outs of the business.  I am now venturing to expand my building business (Boscaro Builders, L.L.C.) into the realm of property management.  I am proud to call Gunnison home and would like to help you maximize your time here in the valley.  My attention to detail, my carpentry experience, and my love of hosting people in our little piece of paradise make me an excellent choice to manage all of your property needs.
