Gunnison Property Management offers weekly or bi-monthly home inspections.  This service includes checking on all mechanical systems (heating, plumbing, electrical), flushing toilets and inspecting home and grounds for issues and security.

We also offer a wide variety of maintenance services including, but not limited to:

• snow removal
• landscaping
• order/receive/stack firewood
• winterizing/’summerizing’
• checking owner guests in and out

We have great relationships with numerous professional tradesmen in the valley if the need arises to hire specialized and credible professionals (i.e. plumbers, electricians, etc.) and will happily create a customized package to meet your needs.
